Businesses where staff spend hours on repetitive admin: enquiries, data entry, copying between systems, chasing paperwork. If a task follows the same steps every time, an agent can probably do it.
Chris has built and deployed AI agents and automations for businesses, and runs his own IT business the same way: he does the hands-on work and signs off every job, while AI agents do the heavy lifting alongside him.

Common questions
What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is software that can read, decide and act on a task, not just answer a question. For a business that might mean reading an incoming enquiry, working out what the customer needs, updating your CRM and drafting the reply.
Will AI agents replace my staff?
The goal is to take the repetitive work off your team so they can spend time on customers and the jobs that need a person. Chris designs agents around how your business already works.
Is my data safe with AI?
It can be. Where privacy matters, Chris sets up private AI hosted in Australia so your data doesn't leave the country. See Private AI for details.
Do you only work in Cairns?
Chris is based in Cairns and works with businesses across Far North Queensland, with clients across Australia. Most AI work can be done remotely.
